- A full 90 minutes: Not a rushed loop. Enough time to get somewhere worth going and actually explore it.

What is your cancellation policy?
We are committed to providing the best possible care for your pets and keeping our schedule efficient and reliable. To avoid charges, please cancel walks at least 24 hours before the scheduled day. Our dog walkers plan their routes and reserve specific time slots for visits. Short-notice cancellations disrupt scheduling and efficient routing. For cancellations made without 24-hour notice, a 50% charge will apply to ensure our team members are fairly compensated.
What about keys?
Top Tails of Greensboro does not hold onto keys. We can utilize electronic door codes, garage codes, or keys from lock boxes that you provide.
When and how do I pay?
