How do I get started as a client?

Schedule your free meet and greet with our online calendar.

After that you will receive by email a link to fill out your online portal with information about your pet.

Next, we will come to your home to meet you and your pup and go over their care information and preferences.

After that, we are all set to begin walks with your pup

How can I trust you?

Our dog walkers pass Acutraq background checks and complete extensive training. As a professional pet sitting company, we are fully insured and bonded thru Business Insurers of the Carolinas. Who is going to be walking my dog?

One of the many benefits of hiring Top Tails is that we operate as a collaborative team to provide the best possible care for your pet.

During the meet-and-greet, one of our team members will visit your home to learn about your dog’s unique personality, preferences, and daily routine. From there, we assign a small team of walkers who will work together to ensure your pup receives consistent, top-quality care.

By having multiple team members familiar with your dog, we can provide reliable service even when someone’s schedule changes, giving you peace of mind knowing your pup is always in good hands.

How will I know my dog has been walked?

You’ll receive a text and email notification when we arrive, and at the end of our visit, we’ll send detailed feedback through the app. This includes our walk route linked with GPS, photos, and notes on how the walk went, along with any additional updates.

If you have any questions, our pet sitting app makes it easy to communicate with both the office and your dog walker. We’ve streamlined everything for your convenience!

What is your cancellation policy?

Members of our Walk Pack have the most flexible cancellation policy. We simply ask members to cancel walks by 5pm before the scheduled day to avoid a cancellation fee.
