Sarah K.

Office Manager

A lifelong North Carolinian, Sarah has called Greensboro home for over a decade and shares it with five spirited feline companions.

When she is not supporting clients and the Top Tails team behind the scenes, she works as an Ophthalmic Assistant and enjoys traveling.

Sarah knows how important it is to have reliable care while away and is committed to providing every family with attentive, trustworthy service.

Elia

Team Lead

Elia came to Top Tails with a heart for animals and a dedication to dependable, thoughtful care.

A retired educator with a background in public education and nonprofit assessment, she brings a calm and steady presence to every home she visits.

At home, Elia enjoys time with her husband, two sons, and their loyal dog, Pete.

Tracie

Team Member

Outside of her work with Top Tails, Tracie enjoys trivia nights and gardening with her husband.

Shaina

Team Member

At home, Shaina shares life with two dogs, one cat, and a toad, and was drawn to join Top Tails after seeing their thoughtful and detailed care provided to her own pets.

Sarah enjoys spending time outside and looks forward to getting to know your pets and keeping them comfortable while you are away.

Christine

Team Member

Christine is a biologist and conservationist with over 12 years of experience in marine science and a strong commitment to animal welfare. Her current work focuses on turtle conservation and promoting ethical, sustainable practices to protect wildlife and their habitats.

Outside of her conservation efforts, Christine enjoys cooking, playing pickleball, and hiking.

Benjamin

Benjamin is happy to be part of the Top Tails team and looks forward to supporting fellow pet parents when they need a helping hand.

April enjoys gardening and brings a calm, nurturing presence to each pet she visits.

Bethany

Team Member

The photo shows her with her childhood dog, Molly, who was her constant companion growing up and sparked her love of animals. In her free time, Bethany enjoys crocheting and creating gifts for friends and family.

Ellen

Team Member

Ellen brings nearly three decades of experience as an elementary school teacher to her work with Top Tails, where patience and kindness shine through in every visit. She shares her home with her dog, Teddy, who keeps her active and entertained.

Outside of pet care, Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters — especially when they’re baking (and enjoying) chocolate chip cookies together!

Corrine

Team Member

Corinne recently moved to Greensboro from Cincinnati, Ohio, and is enjoying exploring her new town while caring for pets across the area. She especially loves Adventure Walks and discovering local trails.

She studied Sports Administration at the University of Cincinnati and brings her love of staying active and connecting with others to her work with Top Tails. Outside of work, Corinne enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and trying new restaurants. She is a proud cat mom to two brothers, Pickle and Olive, and hopes to add a dog to the mix someday. A fun fact about Corinne: her family has horses!

Lyric

Team Member

Lyric is a Greensboro native and graduate of UNCG, where she earned her degree in marketing. When she is not visiting Top Tails clients, she works as a digital marketing assistant at a manufacturing company.

An animal lover through and through, Lyric has been pet sitting and working with animals for nearly eight years. She shares her home with two dogs, Brisbee and Brady, and enjoys volunteering at the Guilford County Animal Shelter, hiking, going to concerts, and traveling with friends and family.
