By having multiple team members familiar with your dog, we can provide reliable service even when someone’s schedule changes, giving you peace of mind knowing your pup is always in good hands.
How will I know you walked my dog?
If you have any questions, our pet sitting app makes it easy to communicate with both the office and your dog walker. We’ve streamlined everything for your convenience!
What is your cancellation policy?
Short-notice cancellations disrupt scheduling and efficient routing. For cancellations made without 24-hour notice, a 50% charge will apply to ensure our team members are fairly compensated.
When and how do I pay?
In order to maintain a smooth and organized schedule for both our clients and our team, we require that all payments be processed prior to the scheduled service start time. We offer secure online payment options on Time to Pet to make this process convenient for you.
What about keys?
Top Tails of Greensboro does not hold onto keys. We can utilize electronic door codes, garage codes or keys from lock boxes that you provide. Our clients have had good luck with this one from Amazon.
